KJ6 Streak Retinoscope Options
The KJ6 streak retinoscope series provides hand-held illumination for objective-refraction work and observation of refraction deflection and astigmatism axis. The KJ6 Series comprises two configurations: the KJ6A AC-powered retinoscope and the KJ6B rechargeable retinoscope.
Optical and Streak Controls
Both KJ6 models have a 1 m working distance, a 3–20 mm adjustable streak and 360-degree streak rotation. The optical elements are glass. KJ6A uses a 3 V / 2.1 W halogen bulb, while KJ6B uses a 3.6 V / 2.7 W halogen bulb.
AC-powered or Rechargeable Configuration
KJ6A is the AC-powered option, with supply values of AC 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz ±10%, or AC 110 V ±10%, 60 Hz ±10%. KJ6B is the lithium-ion rechargeable option and has at least 2 hours of continuous operation after a full charge. The exact KJ6B charger, plug, charging time and battery capacity should be confirmed before quotation.
Selecting a KJ6 Retinoscope
Select KJ6A where a fixed AC-powered configuration is preferred, or KJ6B where rechargeable hand-held operation is required. Confirm the destination-market electrical configuration and whether a spare bulb, charger or carrying case is included in the final supply scope.
